Craftia Galena UR Urinary Care is formulated for dissolving struvite bladder stones and for the reduction of their recurrence, and to help in cases of feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD). The recipe is formulated to acidify the urine, as well as having a low magnesium content, all of which helps with the dissolving of stones, and the reduction of their recurrence. Struvite stones are one important cause of FLUTD.

COMPOSITION: dehydrated chicken protein, rice, potatoes, dried eggs, hydrolyzed fish proteins, hydrolyzed duck proteins, corn gluten, poultry fat, salmon oil,  linseed, dried beet pulp, pea fibre, monocalcium phosphate, potassium chloride, chicory inulin (0.4%), yeast extract (source of manno-oligo-saccharides) (0.3%), fructo-oligosaccharides (0.3%), dried brewers’ yeast, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, calcium sulphate dihydrate, Ascophyllum Nodosum, dried acerola, psyllium husks and seeds, yucca schidigera.

ANALYTICAL CONSTITUENTS: Crude protein 33.00%; Crude fat 15.00%; Crude fibre 1.070%; Crude ash 6.00%; Calcium 0.80%; Phosphorus 0.65%; Sodium 0.20%; Potassium 0.65%; Magnesium 0.09%; Chlorides 0.70%; Sulphur 0.45%. Urine acidifying substances: DL-methionine, technically pure (7.7 g/kg), calcium sulphate dihydrate (5.0 g/kg).
